Where required by law, ph35.com will disclose player account information and transaction records to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the player.

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Notwithstanding the foregoing, ph35.com reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

ph35.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ph35.com will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph35.com platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
